We are so lucky to have Peter Wolfe the Free Ranging Chef of Cedar Creek Farm Bush Foods right here in the Mary Valley – who can not only show you how to cook with bushfoods but to get you really really excited about doing so.

On Monday March 26th join us for a one day intensive bush food cooking workshop with Peter. Eat, cook, eat some more, learn and discover a whole new world of wonderful foods – literally at your doorstep.

You will learn how to make (from scratch) 8 unique courses including….

  • Paperbark damper with macadamia butter and lillypilly jelly
  • Bunyanut falafels with preserved fingerlime yoghurt
  • Rosella glazed west coast roo patties
  • Paperbark smoked fish with lemon myrtle hollandaise and fingerlime pear
