As part of GourMay celebrations showcasing the incredible local produce and producers of the Mary Valley region this workshop is to encourage more growers into organic, regenerative farming to produce nutrient dense produce that is so desperately lacking in most fruit and vegetable offerings available today.

With both theory and practical elements this workshop is a crash course for anyone thinking of making the green-change. As always we focus on food production without poison so you’ll cover soil health and plant health with the idea that prevention is always better than cure.
