Showcasing produce from the Mary Valley Farm Trail, the Celebration Lunch is a three course paddock to plate dining experience. Set amongst the vines at Dingo Creek Vineyard, this is a great opportunity to meet the producers, eat local produce and learn about the passion necessary to create clean, fresh quality ingredients. Chef James Barnden from Charlie’s Hotel (Gympie) will share his love of local, seasonal food. James’s monthly ’30 Club’ is a sell out event showcasing local produce and he recently provided once of five courses on the Mary Valley Rattler’s DeguSTATION Train as part of the Curated Plate Food Festival with Matt Golinski.
