We’ve all missed them – our famous New Moon Dinners celebrating local produce and the local farmers behind it.
With a fixed menu focused on what is in season and growing locally our simple, rustic food is really about bringing people together to eat. There is something profoundly grounding and connecting about knowing where your food comes from and you’ll know all about the food on your plate from your evening with us.
Celebrate slow food, good friends and rich culture. This intimate evening will begin with the sun setting over Kandanga Farm where some of the ingredients for your dinner will have come from – truly slow food. This is authentic Thai cooking. What’s not been grown here will be sourced from other local farms and you’ll get a chance during the evening to learn more about the producers behind your produce.
If you are a local you will probably have already enjoyed Dhom’s cooking – she’s a local legend – famous for her delicious, fresh, flavour-punching thai cuisine. Get to know Dhom a bit better while gaining an appreciation for just how good local produce is – all under the Autumn moon.
