When we have to choose between local and organic we choose organic*. Our aim is that by working with our local farmers to eliminate synthetics, that eventually our entire menu will be organic AND local.
Where produce is not certified organic it is because we know the farmers personally and the chemical free farming methods they farm by.

John is always ready for a laugh and a chat and lives on his farm overlooking the stunning Mary Valley. John supplies organically grown avocado’s, small crops and honey to us.
Tim & Amber – Kandanga Farm* Kandanga
The founders of Kandanga Farm Store on whose ground we sit! Tim & Amber have a wealth of knowledge in organic and regenerative farming, along with producing their own organic K2 beef right here in Kandanga, they have set up the Farm Store where you can get all of your organic farm inputs.
Victoria – Winsland Park Carters Ridge
AKA Victoria Queen of Pigs, produces amazing smoked bacon and to balance out the palate she’s also responsible for the delicious ferments and salad greens. She also works in the farm store a couple of days a week and is a practicing nutritionist (you know in her spare time…).
Nic – Station Creek Farm Widgee
Nic’s warm and gentle nature is reflected in his regenerative farming practices. In the menu you will be tasting his crisp fennel & sweet beets. Also known as the farming dietician, Nic is all about the farm to fork link.
Michael – Mighty Bean Soyfoods* Cooloolabin
A true soybean artisan and supplier of our Tempeh. Michael was one of the original certified organic growers in Qld.
Megan & Stuart – Forage Farms Kybong
Megan & Stuart produce pastured eggs, pigs and sheep. They are pioneers in the regenerative farming community and are a testament to the value in developing a strong ecological understanding of your land and its functions.
Paula – Jeremiah’s Crust Carters Ridge
Just started in the Mary Valley, Paula’s long ferment organic sourdough features in many of our dishes. The next level crumpets are hers too!
Tamrin & Pete – Mont Vue Farm Moy Pocket
New to farming but with a market garden that many commercial growers would envy, Mont Vue Farm provides us with micro greens plus edible flowers.
Nina & Mitch – Bray Farms* Cootharaba
With family owned and operated farms on the Darling Downs and Noosa, Bray Farms specialise in Biodynamic practices with a philosophy to protect and improve the land by working in symbiosis with nature. Their organic pumpkins on the menu.
Amy & Rory –Gilldora Grove*
Amy and Rory are incredibly passionate about microbes, soil health and biodiversity, and their limes are to die for. They are busy setting up their mushroom farm which we cannot wait for!
Michelle – Ugly Duck Preserves Kandanga
Michelle’s award-winning preserves are not only beautiful, but she is preventing a ton of food from going to land fill, reserving all of the unwanted fruit and veg for your relishes & jams.
Peter – Cedar Creek Farm Bushfoods Carters Ridge
Using native bush ingredients, Free Range Chef Peter makes the bush tomato sauce, paperbark smoked chill sauce and mountain pepper relish.
Jess & Jesse – Little Bunya Organics* Kandanga

Dave & Sandi – Biofields Organics* Goomboorian
Dr. Dave’s grows Certified Organic green-beans and various seasonal small crops. Production techniques include aspects from permaculture, modern biodynamics and agrohomeopathy.
